Placenta accreta accounts for (38%) of peripartum hysterectomy [3]. Maternal mortality may occur despite adequate planning, disciplinary management and transfusion management [4]. As fertility preservation is required in many cases due to their young age and uterine preservation is directly related to psychology, feminity and self esteem of female, obstetricians developed many conservative approaches in management of PA [5].
